By placing an order with Urban Excuse, you agree to the following terms:

• Product Availability
  All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we’ll notify you and offer a full refund or alternative.

• Pricing
  Prices are listed in INR and include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

• Order Confirmation
  You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed. If you don’t receive one, please contact us.

• Shipping
  We offer free shipping across India. Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days.

• Cancellations
  Orders can be canceled before they are shipped at no extra cost. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

• Returns & Exchanges

  • Non-sale items: Eligible for refunds and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

  • Sale items: Eligible for exchange or store credit only. Return shipping fee of ₹150 applies for sale items.

• Refunds
  Refunds (on eligible items) are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected.
