Exchanges

Eligibility - We accept exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. They must also have all original tags attached.

Exchange Procedure - If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at urbanexcuseofficial@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process. Please provide your order number and details of the items you wish to exchange. Once approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Exchange Options - You can exchange your items for a different size, color, or style of the same price, subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue you a store credit or refund as per our refund policy.

Shipping - We provide free shipping on all orders and free returns on all non sale articles, on sale articles we provide exchange only for which customer is responsible for returning the item(s) for exchange unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Refunds

Eligibility - We offer refunds for eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the same criteria as stated in the exchange policy (unused, unwashed, with original tags).

Refund Process - To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at urbanexcuseofficial@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return for a refund. Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process deducting the shipping amount depending upon the area you live in. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase or UPI.

Refund Timeframe - Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The timeframe may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items - Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including sale or clearance items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
